Rinnovamento degli spazi di un appartamento in affitto, nel quale, non potendo intervenire con opere edili, si è lavorato con il colore e l’arredo su misura. L’ingresso è stato allungato ed attrezzato creando una sorta di doppio portale grazie ad un arredo ad uso guardaroba; una mensola metallica appesa con continuità sul perimetro del soggiorno ha permesso di guadagnare spazio contenitivo. Il colore verde “bioma forestale” ha caratterizzato l’intervento su ingresso e zona giorno, sulla parete della scala per dare profondità allo spazio, nella camera al piano superiore per delineare lo spazio del letto tramite una boiserie che funge da testiera e prosegue sul soffitto come un baldacchino. Negli altri spazi della casa sono stati realizzati degli angoli funzionali attraverso l’uso di un colore terroso e arredi semplici, senza coinvolgere l’intera parete per poter così camuffare gli elementi di disturbo visivo e per unificare le asimmetrie delle finestre, mantenendo al contempo la luminosità dell’ambiente.

Spaces renovation of a rented apartment, in which, not being able to operate with building works, we worked with color and custom-made furnishing. The entrance has been lengthened and equipped, creating a sort of double portal thanks to furniture for wardrobe use; a metal shelf hanging continuously on the perimeter of the living room made it possible to gain storage space. The “forest biome” green color characterized the intervention on the entrance and living area, on the wall of the staircase to give depth to the space, in the bedroom on the upper floor to outline the bed space through a boiserie that acts as a headboard and continues on the ceiling like a canopy. In the other spaces of the house, functional corners were created through the use of an earthy color and simple furnishings, without involving the entire wall in order to camouflage visually disturbing elements and to unify the asymmetries of the windows, while maintaining the brightness of the space.
